T.J. Carter is a seasoned technology professional with a passion for helping organizations leverage technologies in innovative and transformative ways.  He has split his twenty five years professional experience between the development of core technologies and their application to drive new revenue opportunities and reduce operational expenses. As a Technology and Business Process Improvement consultant, T.J. has worked in a wide variety of industry segments including: Consumer Packaged Goods, Aerospace, Industrial, High-tech and Automotive Electronics. Before joining the team at CompuNET International, T.J. spent 5 years serving as a member of the executive staff at Johnson Controls Inc. representing IT, and supported New Product Development activities with a focus on leveraging Internet and Wireless Communication technologies to enhance the driver/automobile interface.

In addition to leading the team at CompuNET International, T.J. works directly with clients as a Senior Program Manager, focusing on the application of Networking and Web technologies. Because he keeps the company’s philosophies close to his personal work, T.J. has made it a point to keep very close to the core technologies that make it all work. He served in senior management roles with several companies where he helped drive the commercialization of networking technologies (ISDN, Digi International), shared file systems (GFS and LVM, Sistina Software) and Identity Management (Huderos Inc).

In August 2008, TJ entered into a partnership with his long time colleague, Ms. Amber Arora, to bring their collective experiences serving Fortune 100 companies to smaller organizations. TJ graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1984 with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
